Classes
These Melbourne based classes are for everyone and anyone wanting a jam-packed day full of meat, fire and smoke. An introduction to low & slow barbecue, to cooking with charcoal, briquettes and wood fuelled barbecues, as well as building & improving on existing skills.
You will be guided and experience cooking on an array of barbecues & smokers including instruction on fuel setups, lighting procedures as well as management of temperature.

Learn from the start how to select the right cuts, details on trimming, seasoning, cooking and resting the meat. A wide range of dishes to cook and appetites filled!
Classes start at 9am sharp and finish approximately 4pm (unless noted otherwise)
