I'm heading over to South Australia for a couple of BBQ Masterclasses. 

I am super pumped to be hosting these in conjunction with Natural Smoke. I appreciate all the support and can't wait to fire up the BBQs.

The class location is at Natural Smoke Headquarters in Myponga. The location is a beautiful place.

Now the day is going to be filled with Fun, Smoke, Food, and Drinks.

These classes are for everyone and anyone wanting a jam-packed day full of meat, fire and smoke.  An introduction to low & slow barbecue, to cooking with charcoal, briquettes and wood fuelled barbecues, as well as building & improving on existing skills.

You will be guided and experience cooking on an array of barbecues & smokers including instruction on fuel setups, lighting procedures as well as management of temperature. 

Lots of different BBQs/Smokers

11 BBQ dishes: Chicken Wings, Cheeseburgers, Pork Ribs, Lamb Ribs, Brisket, Beef Ribs, Salmon, Pit Beans, Pork Belly and Queso

Learn from the start how to select the right cuts, details on trimming, seasoning, cooking and resting the meat.
