These Melbourne based classes are for everyone and anyone wanting a jam-packed day full of meat, fire and smoke. An introduction to low & slow barbecue, to cooking with charcoal, briquettes and wood fueled barbecues, as well as building & improving on existing skills.
You will be guided and experience cooking on an array of barbecues & smokers including instruction on fuel setups, lighting procedures as well as management of temperature.
